Working of ice rink creates financial loss almost always. The rinks are usually operated by Municipality in Slovakia. If private company owns ice rink, Municipality subsidires operating (paying energy, water, atc.) to settle loss. I am sure, that  town Turnhout can save operating of rink by its money.
