That's mad, for
1 its a shopping center were family go.
2 the future plan of that part of the area for the next 10 years is building ( or cnvert offices to ) more apartment buildings.
3 with the football stadium so close I believe that is a security risk for the sex workers as on match days drunk football fans coming into the villa area to stare at the windows of the sex workers.
Which in turn means more police on match day- who pays for that, the football club or the community of the area?
